Telehealth Psychotherapy & Coaching for Adult Individuals

Welcome! If you're here, you're likely facing some of life's challenges and seeking support.

Whether you're navigating important decisions, unexpected stress, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, licensed in CA. However, I provide “life coaching” for clients outside CA. All sessions are 100% virtual/online! I specialize in Individual Therapy for adults where I aim to create a safe place to explore the challenges and hardships that arise in life. Whether it is anxiety and depression, grief and loss, or one of the many things in between, I will meet you wherever you are. Together, we'll work to cultivate a more calm, creative and compassionate life.

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone!

A message from Molly….”Therapy can be scary and vulnerable AND it can be a beautiful time of healing. I feel honored that I get to walk next to others, offering compassion and curiosity, during their journey of self-exploration! Finding the right therapist is really important, so try it out for a couple of sessions and see what you think."
